"We started smoking cigars in this open space, so we decided why not share it with everybody," said Basciano, who makes his own E. Zarzuela cigar brand in a Dominican Republic factory he has owned for a few years with Starks and Stamford businessmen Howie Terrino and Santo Romano. "We got into this business by doing some charity work down there."
